Mohamed Maged Moussa


Mohamed Moussa is a seasoned cost and commercial management professional, deeply engaged in advancing Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. A dedicated member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2016, Moussa plays a pivotal role in the development and oversight of heritage and culture projects valued at around SAR 5.5 billion in Riyadh. His work supports the Kingdom’s drive to enhance its cultural footprint and sustainable development.

With extensive expertise in pre- and post-contract cost management, procurement, and contract management, Moussa has contributed to a wide range of sectors including residential, retail, infrastructure, hospitality, and leisure & entertainment. His experience spans multiple geographies, having collaborated with prominent clients and consultants in the UAE, Egypt, and across the Middle East. These collaborations include working on impactful projects for Meraas, Al Futtaim, and Emaar, alongside leading firms like AECOM, Gleeds, and KEO.

Moussa’s commitment extends to fostering sustainable, human-centric designs, aligning closely with the principles of Vision 2030. As part of the KSA Board for RICS, he actively advocates for shaping the future of the built environment, aiming to equip professionals with the skills necessary to support sustainable and innovative growth within the Kingdom.
