Faiz Alhudib is a seasoned executive leader with over two decades of experience in procurement and supply chain management across high-value sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Supply Chain at ROSHN, he oversees project and corporate procurement activities across multiple regions, ensuring streamlined processes and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Faiz’s expertise lies in developing and implementing procurement strategies for giga projects, where his efforts have led to significant cost reductions and efficiency improvements. His leadership in optimizing procurement cycles has resulted in a 45% decrease in lead times and over SAR 1.2 billion in savings through strategic sourcing and negotiations. Recognized for his strategic vision and operational acumen, he is adept at managing complex supply chains and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local and international suppliers.

Throughout his career, Faiz has spearheaded initiatives to secure supply chains, localize production, and implement procurement excellence frameworks. His recent achievements include securing ROSHN’s supply chain through master purchase agreements and leading the standardization of key materials, resulting in substantial cost savings.

Faiz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Saud University and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and the Centre for Creative Leadership. He is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS). His multilingual proficiency in Arabic and English further enhances his ability to navigate complex business environments.
