Charbel brings over 14 years’ extensive experience in programme planning and management of projects. He advises clients on best practice approaches and contemporary methods of strategic planning through all phases of programme development and asset delivery including master-planning, permitting, forms of contract, design stages, procurement strategies and construction methodologies.

Passionate about project controls, Charbel delivers on projects through avant-garde interactive reporting. By integrating various software and platforms, incorporating risk assessments and optimising facilitative controls processes, Charbel ensures clients are readily aware and prepared for any and all prospective and retrospective implications.

Charbel has been involved in a wide range of projects including Rail, Oil & Gas, Residential, Hospitality, Medical, Entertainment and major development programmes. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and represents clients in preparation, negotiation, and defence of various forms of claims through best practice methodologies.
